All-Staff (2 hrs)
Drawing on decades of professional experience and guidance from case law and regulatory agencies, this course uses practical examples and interactive scenarios to cover topics such as discrimination, sexual harassment, protected classes, retaliation, hostile work environments, complaints, and investigations while seamlessly integrating your organizations relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Supervisors & Managers (2 hrs)
Because people with authority over employment decisions and the workplace environment are held to higher standards and expectations, this management course covers the core material from the All-Staff training with an emphasis on best practices for proactively maintaining a safe, professional workplace free of discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
"Anti-Harassment" for Registered Apprenticeships (2 hrs)
Tailored for apprentices, journey-workers, instructors, mentors, program managers and administrators, and other individuals likely to regularly work with the apprentices, this course meets or exceeds the “Anti-Harassment” training requirements of federal Equal Employment Opportunity regulations (29 CFR 30) and the Oregon Plan for Equal Employment Opportunity in Registered Apprenticeship Programs.
"Ethics and Professional Standards" for Public Safety Officers (2 hrs)
Designed for law enforcement and other public safety officers, this course meets or exceeds the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training ethics training requirements and uses practical examples drawn from the DPSST Professional Standards Case Database and Ethics Bulletins.
